Beyond Bulldogs and Poodles

So what is there besides bulldogs and poodles? What other forms of anger can we have other than suppressed or deviant? More importantly, why do we need to be aware of all these different breeds of anger? As managers, we require a certain amount of control, and the idea of giving anger more fluidity may seem scary. However, the benefits of anger use may prove to be far more powerful, efficient, and beneficial than what contemporary theories would lead you to believe.

We will then look at the newer models in anger communication that a manager can refer to when developing anger expression in the workplace. Finally, the key to our alternate view of anger, we will discuss effective anger use.
