C1   Plans informative, developmentally appropriate lessons and/or units.

• This lesson which incorporates student involvement while reading the book Click Clack Moo, Cows That Type, proves that I can plan informative, developmentally appropriate lessons. 
• This focus unit based on the book The Kid who Became President, illustrates my ability to plan informative, developmentally appropriate units.
• This lesson based around the book There Was a Cold Lady Who Swallowed Some Snow, demonstrates that I can plan informative, developmentally appropriate lessons. 

  C2   Teaches subject matter accurately to insure that students can meet P-12  

        academic standards.

• This rubric, which  my professor completed while I taught an interdisciplinary lesson with music and history, demonstrates my ability to teach subject matter accurately to insure that students can meet P-12 standards.

C3   Uses interdisciplinary instruction as appropriate.

• This lesson about Martin Luther King proves that I can teach subject matter from various points of view. 
• This reflection from the Diversity Workshop that I attended proves that I will be able to address subject matter from various points of view.

• Ant Farm, a science lesson that I wrote for middle childhood elementary students, demonstrates my ability to teach students critical thinking and problem solving strategies.
• This exciting webquest takes students through the process of the water cycle and proves that I can teach students critical thinking and problem solving strategies. 

C6   Uses effective questioning strategies.

• This document contains questions from each of Bloom's levels and shows that I can use effective teaching strategies.   
• The interesting lessons in my socials student unit plan proves that I can use effective questioning strategies.
