As an Indiana Reading Corps
'reading teacher,' I worked with students
at a local elementary school on skills to ameliorate their
reading ability. I
would read stories with these students and create exercises,
puzzles, and
activities for them to test their reading.
Campus Ministry Board

Ministry Board member, I met with other Campus Ministry
Board members to organize and hold events such as Peace Week,
Focus on Faith Week,
and other campus ministry events in the hopes of helping all

faculty at Manchester College.
Newman Catholic

with Newman Catholic Fellowship began as the secretary
for the renewed group. Newman Catholic Fellowship wants to get

Students informed about the Catholic faith with activities and
Catholic masses.
Teacher Education
Committee Student Representative (Fall 2006)
As one of the student representatives for the
Teacher Education Committee, I would
meet with faculty members and another student to talk about
important issues on Manchester
College's Education Department.
