*Green, Yellow, and Red:- As the student misbehaves he or she will move a clothespin with his or her name on it based on the lights on a stop sign. Every child starts the day on the green part of the stoplight.
Dear Parent/Guardian,
I am so excited to have your child in my classroom, and I am positive this will
be a wonderful year! I wanted to make you aware of the expectations I have for
your child, and the plan of action I have shall misbehavior occur.
Classroom Rules:
*Golden Rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated.
1. Respect yourself
2. Respect others
3. Respect property
*Peace Corner:
-Peaceful area set up in the corner of the room
-Allows student a few minutes time out to cool down
-The student discusses their misbehavior with the teacher
-The student selects other options that could have been chosen
