• This writing lesson shows my ability to assess learning through a rubric designed for the project.

• This packet was developed for the use of a Science Trail on weather. It shows different ways to assess learning.

 A2   Assesses learning through standardized and/or teacher constructed tests to drive future instruction.

• This is a teacher constructed test that I made to assess fundamental movement for physical education. It shows my ability to create a test to drive future instruction.

• This phase two of a reader case study shows how I assessed a student with multiple assessments to drive my future instruction.

• This copy of my plans for math groups shows how I take smaller groups to assess their learning to drive my instruction during math time in the class room.

A4   Uses a variety of appropriate, authentic assessment tools and methods.

• This worksheet was developed to assess the students learning about triangles. It was also used as a study guide for the students.

• This lesson shows how I use a variety of assessment tools that are not constructed tests. The assessment is an art project.
