The Process

Well are you ready to learn more about the pollination process and how Buzz and I help?  Make sure to follow the directions and complete every task so that you can help us remember how Buzz and I help!  Here we go:

1.  Beauty and I need you to number yourselves off.  Once you have numbered off I am going to give you tasks:

Number 1: You are going to be the READER of the websites.  You will read the activities and the websites out loud so that the other students can hear.

Number 2: You are going to be our MOUSE CLICKER!  You get to click on the links and click through the websites.

Number 3: You are the Typer.  When Beauty or I ask you to write something you are going to do it.

Number 4: You are going to be our MONITOR.  You will make sure that we stay on task and get through all the activities!

First things first!  You need to print off this checklist!  As you go through this WebQuest you will check off the things you do so that you know you have completed this quest.

Activity 1:

The Clicker will go to this website.   The Reader will read through Bees as Pollinators so that the other students can hear.  After you read the website the Clicker needs to click on this paper.  Print the paper off.  The Typer will be filling out the paper.

On the paper you will see a Venn Diagram.  On one side will be the words "Bee Movie" on the other will be "Bees as Pollinators", in the middle it says "Both".    You will fill out the information that you learned from reading the website on the side that says "Bees as Pollinators".

Activity 2:

The Clicker will go to this website and watch The Bee Movie clip. 

After watching the clip you will fill out the side of the worksheet that says "Bee Movie".  If you notice that two things are similar between the "Bee Movie" and "Bees as Pollinators" put that comment into the middle section of the circles labeled: "Both".

Activity 3:

For this activity you will be interacting with this website.  The Clicker will click on the movie and everybody will watch it.

After the movie the Clicker will click on the quiz button under the movie.  Complete the REVIEW QUIZ as a group.

When you are finished with that the Clicker will click on the ACTIVITIES button on the webpage. 

* The Reader will read the directions to the whole group. 

* The Typer will type in the correct answers from what you learned watching the movie. 

* The Monitor will make sure that everybody stays on task.

* The Clicker will print off the worksheet once the group has finished.

Now that you are finished go to the Conclusion page!
