Differences

Although many people dwell on the similarities between Adolf Hitler and George W. Bush, there are also those that disagree with these similarities by focusing on the differences between the two. Some people believe that many of the similarities between the two leaders become exaggerated to the point that many other previous presidents could have been compared to Hitler. For example, similarities have been made by showing photos of both leaders posing with children or both of them appearing in front of large crowds.
Hitler was known for his high performance speeches, where as Bush is most commonly mocked for his communication skills. Bush was simply not the orator Hitler was.
Many people also believe that by stating Bush equates to the likes of Hitler is a form of Holocaust denial. Instead of stating that the Holocaust never happened, they are saying that the Holocaust was not as bad as it actually was. It would be like telling a woman that the death of her child was equivalent to that of someone losing their car keys.
The Nazis took delight in murdering millions of women, men, and children through the use of gas chambers as well as other grotesque means and sought to annihilate the entire Jewish population. Bush, on the other hand, is not attempting to exterminate Muslims because he considers them to be an inferior race and does not take delight in killing innocent Muslim people.
Many people think that instead of comparing Bush to Hitler, Saddam Hussein should be equated to Hitler. They say he using monstrous methods of torture, which are equivalent to that of Hitler’s tactics. These methods include gouging out their enemy’s eyes and cutting out their tongues and drilling holes in their hands and pouring acid into the holes. Some of these people also believe that Bush more closely resembles Winston Churchill, which was the complete opposite of Adolf Hitler.
