Every person has positives and negatives to their personality and I am not different.  Below I have a list of both my good qualities as well as some bad ones that I am always working on to make better. 

Positives

* I work well with children and I work hard to get their trust.

* I am a hard, dependable worker.

* I am honest and trustworthy.

* I have a positive attitude and give off a positive vibe.

* I am able to multi-task.

* I am a quick learner.

* I need little supervision because I can stay on task

* I am outgoing and not very shy.

* I can work with a diverse group of people.

Negatives

* I am not very organized

* I am from a white, middle class family.  Therefore it can be difficult for me to relate to people at times.

* I am very opinionated and stubborn sometimes, but I am also willing to be open minded.
