Summary of Book: This is an alphabet book about the galaxy. Each letter stands for a different item or place in our solar system. There is a simple rhyme for each page and also a side text to provide more interesting information. Students will learn about things from astronomy and craters to Planet X and Zodiac.
About the Author: Janis and Cathy have written together and been friends for about 10 years. They both write and edit for "Yak's Corner" which is a magazine style section for young readers. Both authors have been interested in space and have interviewed an astronaut and visited Kennedy Space Center. Both authors are married, have two children each, and live in Michigan.
