Autobiography

            My name is Nicholas Adam Null; I am the son to Rogey and Cynthia Null. I was born in Fort Wayne Indiana on July eighteenth nineteen eighty-nine. My parents were young when they had me my mom was 19 and my dad was 26. My life was good growing up. We lived in a two bedroom house that my dad was renting at the time for only the first month that I was alive. We soon moved to what I consider my home. We lived in a nice neighborhood that had many children my age and it was right by a park that I spent a lot of time at while growing up. I lived in that house for 16 years were the neighborhood kids soon became some of my best friends and are still my best friends to this day. Like any normal young boy I would get into trouble all the time I was a brat and since I was the only child I my punishments weren’t that bad that’s only if I didn’t talk my way out of it. Me and my friends would do all the normal things boys did we built forts and lit off fireworks we would make jumps and jump our bikes off them.

            I broke many bones when I was young I wasn’t afraid of anything and was willing to be the first to try it. Like one time my friends and I went to this big hill down town during the winter to go sledding. There was this side that nobody would go down it was just too steep but me being the one that liked to be the first to do everything decided that I was going to be the first to do it. So I went to the top and went down not knowing that there was a playground set at the bottom and I ran right into it and broke my elbow. Besides causing trouble in the neighborhood I loved to play sports. I joined a little baseball team and played summer baseball until I was eventually too old to play so once I was done with base ball I picked up the game of golf and found out that I wasn’t too bad at it and since I lived right down the street from a park that had a golf course in it I tried to play whenever I could.

            I come from two great families, you have my dad’s side where my grandfather was a world war two veteran and was awarded the purple star. So whenever I would go over there I always had a new story to hear and he would only talk to me about his war experience I know more than my dad knows. And my grandmother is the kind of grandma that makes a big Sunday dinner every Sunday and is always in the kitchen cooking something. On my mom’s side my grandpa and grandma live on 20 acres of land in northern Minnesota so it’s always interesting when I go there one day we will go fishing and after that we would go shoot guns. They have a cabin so were always sitting by fires and four wheeling and in the winter we go snowmobiling.

            I love school. I went to two different elementary schools my favorite was the second one I went to. The school was called pleasant center it was a aeronautics so we learned about space and went on fieldtrips to space simulators and we built hot air balloons and model rockets. I enjoyed it there. I liked summer break but I was always ready to go back after a few weeks. I was a good student in school I tried to keep good grades and keep a good reputation. I was the one that would go to all the football games and basketball games I was even then the first mascot that my high school had.

            I enjoy many things. I’m good at running but I don’t really like but since I’m good at it I keep doing it. I also like to skateboard and snowboard, I’m good at skateboarding but I’m a lot better at snowboarding. I go to Lake Tahoe every Christmas to go snowboarding, and when I come back I hate snowboarding here the hills are terrible. On my free time I like to play my guitar, I got my first guitar when I was 10 and I have been playing ever since then. Guitar playing is a major thing that runs in my family.

            I don’t really have any disappointments. I only have one disappointment I my life and that’s when I was wrongly arrested. I was hoping I would never be arrested and one night I was. It was a Friday night and I was with some friends and they got in trouble and since I was with them I was arrested to. That is the only disappointment in my life I could have gone without that happening. Luckily it was not put on my record and my record is still clear.

            So far I have had some victories that I am proud of. In my athletic career some victories that I have accomplished are in track when I have competed with some of the best runners around. In my scholastic career I was on the honor roll every year until I came to college and I was proud of my G.P.A for my first semester of college. I thought that those were some victories that I was proud of.

            I love food if I could eat all the time and not gain weight I would. I also like my girlfriend she is great we have been together for a while now and I have no plans on breaking up. I like movies a lot im a movie buff I’ve seen just about every new movie that comes out. Manchester wasn’t my first choice to go to college. It wasn’t actually even in my top 5, but I came on a visit and met with the track coach and found out that I will be getting more money to come here than any other place. I also liked the small campus that’s why I chose to come here and im glad I did.
