Exercise Physiology:
Differences in Muscular Quickness Between Soccer Goalies and Field Players and Powerpoint: This is a research project that I proposed and conducted. It provides background information on the topic, methods used, results found, charts of times, and the calculations used. It also briefly describes why the hypothesis was not upheld and possible reasons for the results.
Principles of Fitness:
Exercise Prescription Plan: This is an 12 week exercise plan laid out in detail for a specific test subject. It follows the principles of progression, overload, and progression. This demonstrates my knowledge of how a person gets "in-shape" and the correct methods to go about doing so.
Injury and Illness Prevention:
This class taught me basic taping methods and athletic care techniques. It has helped to become less dependent on an athletic trainer as a coach and taught me basic safety procedures for coaching.
First Aid:
I became first aid and CPR certified. It taught me basic methods of care for prominent injuries and diseases.
