About Me!

I'm a senior this year at Manchester College majoring in elementary and special education.  After graduation in the spring of 2007, I hope to teach in Indiana at an elementary school.  I'm not sure what grade yet!  Along with classes, I work at a local daycare, mostly with the two and three year olds.  They definitely keep you on your toes!

I'm originally from Fremont, Indiana, a small town in the northeast corner of Indiana.  I'm really close to my family and enjoy going home to see them.  I have a fourteen year old sister and we get closer everyday.  My dad is probably the coolest person I know.  I also have great friends here at school and friends from high school who I miss very much.  I don't get to see them as often as I'd like, but we talk almost daily!

When I have free time, I like to hang out with my friends.  I also listen to music and play/watch sports.  I enjoy playing volleyball and love football.  Go Notre Dame!  I also like to do things outdoors.  I like gardening, camping, and all that fun outdoors stuff.  I even enjoy mowing the lawn!

In teaching you cannot see the fruit of a day's work.  It is invisible and remains so, maybe for twenty years.  ~Jacques Barzun
